Recipe: Delicious Peanut Butter Snack in Less than 5 Minutes

This recipe, though very simple, quick and easy to prepare, is incredibly delicious. All that you need are 5 ingredients and 5 minutes!


(Makes 1 to 2 servings)

1. Add white or brown sugar to a 4 cup (1 quart) clear glass microwavable bowl until in covers the bottom to a depth of ¼ to ½ inch.

2. Add regular milk or evaporated milk until it's twice as deep as the sugar.

3. Add 4 heaping teaspoons of peanut butter by rubbing the spoon against the top edge of the bowl.

4. Microwave on high until the mixture comes to a boil.

5. Mix until the peanut butter is completely liquefied.

6. Add a handful of shredded coconut.

7. Mix in powdered milk until the mixture becomes thick.

8. Serve warm or cold.
