Recipe: Rice and Bean Salad

Here’s a delicious, nutritious salad which may be prepared in a minute or two:

Mix the following ingredients according to taste:

1. Supermarket salad mix (Lettuce, cabbage, carrots, radishes, etc).

2. Grape tomatoes. (optional)

4. Olive oil.

5. Sour cream and/or cottage cheese.

6. Cashews (optional).
