Recipe: Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot Salad: Fast and Easy

1. Put approximately ½ of a 16 oz. package of River Ranch™ Vegetable Medley (raw broccoli pieces, raw cauliflower flowerettes, and raw sliced carrots) into a 1 quart microwavable bowl.

2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

3. Add a handful of cashew halves.

4. Add a generous amount of olive oil.

5. Add six heaping teaspoons of tomato sauce (http://llbest.com/?P=r).

6. Add four heaping teaspoons of sour cream.

7. Mix and serve.
